When I have guests, not family, come for the first time, I email a guest information sheet to them. This sheet lets me know the guests likes and dislikes, food allergies, or dietary restrictions. I keep this information in a notebook so I can reference it if needed. This information allows me to plan what I am serving. I occasionally update the information as people’s tastes change. This idea is not original with me. I got this idea from my sister-in-law who is a phenomenal hostess. Let me know your ideas on getting to know your guests.
One idea is that you can send this as an email and print the emails and save.
